Q. CAN I MAKE RESERVATIONS BY PHONE OR EMAIL?

PLEASE MAKE RESERVATIONS THROUGH OUR WEBSITE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS BY PHONE.

Q. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

Reservations made through the official website can be made by clicking on the URL in the "Reservation Confirmation E-mail" sent to your registered e-mail address (Confirmation, Change, Cancellation, and Receipt of Reservation).
For reservations not made through the official website (Rakuten Travel, Trip.com, etc.), please contact the website where you made the reservation.

Q. CAN I WAIT-LIST FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

We are sorry, but we do not have a waiting list.

Q. DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?

The following credit cards are accepted:
JCB, VISA, AMEX, Diners, Master, UC, China UnionPay
*China UnionPay is not accepted.

Q. I WOULD LIKE TO SEND MY SUITCASE FIRST.

We will keep your suitcase from the morning of your check-in day.
If you wish to send your suitcase by courier service, please specify the day of check-in and send it to the address HOTEL CENTMAIN NAGOYAwith the date of your stay and the name of the person who will be staying at the hotel.

Q. I WOULD LIKE TO SEND MY PURCHASE TO A HOTEL, CAN I KEEP IT?

We apologize for the inconvenience. In order to maintain the security of our management, we do not accept or store any items purchased by mail order, etc. and sent by courier service.

Q. CAN I USE THE INTERNET?

Guests can also use Wi-Fi Internet service in all guest rooms and lobbies free of charge, please ask the front desk staff for the Wi-Fi password.

Q. WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
However, we may set a different check-in time for certain groups or packages we organize.
Please let us know in advance if you will be arriving later than the check-in time. If you do not notify us before 24:00, we may consider your reservation as cancelled.
Please contact us for early check-in and late check-out.

Q. MY CHILD IS STILL YOUNG, WHAT ABOUT LODGING AND BREAKFAST RATES?

Children 11 years old and younger may stay free of charge when sharing a room with a parent or guardian and using an existing bed. Please request this at the time of reservation. Children under 6 years old staying at the hotel will receive breakfast free of charge.
Breakfast fee may be charged. Please contact the hotel directly for details.
Children may sleep with a maximum of one child per bed.

Q. ARE CRIBS AND BABY CHAIRS AVAILABLE?

"HOTEL CENTMAIN NAGOYA" offers the following services for children under 6 years old.
Please contact the hotel in advance if you wish to use this service.
Crib (reservation required), baby chair (reservation required), baby bath, mineral water for milk, hot water dispenser, children's toy set - coloring book, crayons, etc., children's yukata - for indoor use (reservation required)

Q. WHEN SHOULD I NOTIFY YOU OF MY CANCELLATION? ALSO, IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?

Cancellation must be made at least 2 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation fee will be charged from the day before.
Cancellation on the day before: 20% of the room charge
・Cancellation on the day: 100% of the room charge
・Non-accommodation without notice: 100% of the room charge
*If there are separate arrangements in the accommodation plan, those will take priority.
